I CAN SAY...IT'S GOOD TO CHANGE FOR A GREENER AND BETTER WORLD.

LED lighting is the way to go...it's the future NOW! :-D...and it is already available. It is cutting edge, energy saving, cost saving to end user as well as to energy grid companies as deferred cost saving. :wink:

Much say, :-o many (end user consumers, commercials, industries alike) are not aware that it's here. Not much publicity and promotion done. Relevant authority/agencies such as EMA, NEA, SEC can do more.  :wink:

If you are an enterprise already marketing the products, perhaps you like to look at doing this: :wink:

1. Go see SEC (Singapore Environment Council). Get a Green Mark label for your products. I'm sure it qualify as product is eco friendly (no mercury content (high toxic waste) as found in CFL lighting, energy efficient and energy saving in a very true sense (beat hands down the rest of the lighting that available).

2. Go talk to NEA (National Environment Agency). They can do co-promo with you on a larger scale. Above that, they do have specialist that may work with you on special projects, such as CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) if it qualifies. Know and learn more about this at this website:
http://www.nccc.gov.sg/cdm/cdm.shtm

3. Same time, you may want to go to the market. It will be a lot easy and your persuasive power will be in good stead when you get "support" from one or two as above. You may want to see the following organisations (big fishes that are supportive of Green Eco products such as yours):

* CDL
* EM Services
* CPG
* JTC
* HDB
* All the Town Councils (Maintenance Committees)
* Singapore Powers (co-promo/brochures slot in with bill statements).
* Home-Fix DIY (Big boss is mad over ECO)

When you have done enough with these, then you may want to go for the rest. You don't have to take my direction closely. I believe you know better.

*Exactly  :roll: what is your lighting products? Long tube or bulb?

**Your product must be credible and reliable (will stand well with authentic certification).

CHEERS! :-D

I represented a local company who manufactured LED lighting to do marketing and sales for them. The LED are powered by OSRAM, mean technology by OSRAM.

Hi badspf,

Matter of fact, I'm not an electrical engineer. Moreover, I'm not in the lighting industry as well.

I had the opportunity to work with an NZ company that manufactures, market and distributes High Power Factor Energy Efficient CFL on a CDM project with NEA. It was a short stint for me and I had learnt much from it. That's why I'm interested and  participate in your discussion.

Would you care to share;
1. Which company are you representing?
2. What is the brand?
3. Can you give more info on the products?
4. Where can it be use at/on?
