Good day Shazwi,

As per your request, I will put my own views here.

The term Web 2.0/3.0/100.0 is just a buzzword; it has no discernable meaning to what you really want to do.

Without setting expectations right, without telling anyone what they are getting into, without giving clear indications on who they are going to work with, without stating what they would really be doing...

This job description is so generic and vague even typical Jobstreet.com and Jobsdb.com descriptions put this to shame; ANY 2 bit programmer or designer in HWZ who probably have installed a pirated copy of Photoshop and able to open HTML pages in Notepad would immediately qualify. There is no clear quantification of what standard is expected nor of what would be involved.

If you cannot be contacted via phone, just leave your email as there is no way anyone can communicate their full interest or questions in 160 words.
