Hi there,

This is David here, I am running a one man swim school with a turnover student rate of 300. I know what to do to tap on my vast client base yet my butt too heavy to get moving. Is like this is not what I want to do yet I have to do it but don't want to do so I am procrastinating result in inertia of static.

In the end nothing is done. I had read Adam Khoo about mastering your destiny and yet here I am stuck and alone.

Does anyone experience it? Or issit my head count is tolerable that is why I am not moving?

Hi David!

I have read your trend in this forum and also been tracing your steps in according to what you propose in this forum.

an interesting question to ask is "is this business REALLY your desire?" if the answer is yes, then basically you encountered a 'discipline' problem, that's all, but its deadly. :>

On another note, what separate the successful from the crowd is that the successful do thing people do not want to do and they do it even if they don't like it because they know its necessary and they have the end in mind.

so "what's your end in mind?"

another suggestion is, maybe its about time you look for genuine and trustworthy partner to help you scale it up.

understand that at times, entrepreneurs might be too protective over thei 'baby' and refuse to 'dilute' the process, in fact what they are doing is not diluting but saturating it.

just my two cents worth. Smiley hope it trigger off something...
