Small Advertising & Events Business with storage space, good office address, Sales and Projects on hand, Reliable supplier contact list, good customers data base, regular orders monthly, invoices and orders are avaliable for buyer to view, proper introduction to existing customers for new owner will be done and etc. For the business records and accounts, it is proper done as I am an accountant. Business is profitable (prove by seeing the invoices and records) and actually expanding as more and more customers and projects to handle.
