Hi everyone,

I'm an expat here in Sg with one year over working in sales in town.
I would like to take the opportunity to inform u that we also have our booming real estate in the Philippines
(boomed actually). Even on Global financial crisis doesn't really much affected the business over there & it is also predicted that Financial institutions & Real Estate business will boom over the coming years in Asia Pacific as happening now here in Sg.

B4 I left my country (w/c was less than 2 years), I have a business & part-time real estate agent. I have known quite few start up company as well as giant developer with whom i'm selling the property for.
Unfortunately, I hit by Financial crisis & so I decided to Flee for it temporarily but over here Telecommunication & Real Estate business doesn't seem affected likewise here in Sg although we have a slow down of economy the Real estate keep on doing good.

So this how it works. This biz comprise with the property developer & land owner. Normally, an investor would buy a land & JV(joint venture) it to developer. The sharing is 40/60 in favor for developer. The developer has actually the target land where he wants to develop normally an expansion of his property(w/c is attached to the existing developed one) or prospecting another site(other place) for expansion. The developer will handle everything from developing up to marketing. The Investor will do his share by promoting elsewhere like here in SG to our OFW(Overseas Filipino worker) because our main concern here (our client rather) are OFW's. This Biz is of "free hand" system. No need for manpower.

To cut the story short, anyone whos interested to venture u can let me know.
Btw, I know it would be standard if i had a Business Plan but even if u  asked the start up developer, they dont have but for "giant" one, they should have--a bit funny right?

& most importantly, the project is not on the southern part its from Central Part. Projects vary from small, medium & large size. For small land, u must have at least $500,000. Medium, at least $ 1M.

This biz is selling like hotcakes. If u want u can go & make an initial survey of yourself.

Cheers!
