I am looking for fellow entrepreneurs to co-share a conservancy shophouse in the Little India district from June 2010 onwards. The shophouse is already fitted with individual split air-conditioning units, carpeted and plaster wall partitioned.
Room sizes ranges from 70 square feet (for 1 to 3 person) to 300 square feet (for a team of 12 - 15), with a total usable space of approximately 1,800 square feet. Room placement is spread across 2 floors and 2 shophouse units with individual split aircon units for each room, giving ample individual company privacy and space. There is no common "open concept" table sharing option for now unless there is sufficient demand.
Good points of this office is:
- Free parking after 5pm, covered season parking is only S$80
- Walking distance to all major banks (UOB, OCBC, DBS, Standard Chartered, RHB)
- Plenty of F&B choices and bars and hostel/hotel for your foreign visitors
I would prefer entrepreneurs in the following types of businesses as I will have a relatively steady stream of work to channel to them.
- Software development houses (specializing in web and mobile development)
- Designers (product design, web design and print)
- Marketeers, Advertisers, Public Relations
- Professionals (Lawyers, accountants)
