Stupid question here... how do you build a perfect team if you're not perfect yourself? If the advice is to take no compromise on the quality of your team mates, then why should they want you in their team if you're not grade A yourself even if you're the founder?

How you flagged it stupid, I suppose it is good question and have to consider it seriously and provide him some useful information. An individual is nothing, always we have to talk about unit or team. You could not perform a single task without a good team. Look around the real world

having started two businesses from scratch,i would say, dont go for friends or relatives.Do it professionally.Get A Superb Marketer, an Accountant from the Big Four and a Corporate Lawyer as part of your Dream Team.

Looks good on your business plan and also, potential investors will see that you are serious.
