I heard about it, it sounds too fishy in my opinion. The method of operation sounds ponzi-ish. Also, for a technology firm, the site has too little details about the project, on the procurement process and on the business proper.

They can show RCB info, we can always do a BizFile to verify and check.

Travelling to Taiwan after the members paid, why am I not surprised?

Hi Zhuang i will try my best to give you answers to your enquires

1.  Please note that the 1200% profit or dividends will ONLY be given when the project is completed and when it start operations and earn profit.  Emcom will be taking out 50% of its profit from its services, eg wireless subscription, VOIP phone subscription, advertising, Internet CCTV etc. to pay the 1200%, anyway its left with 1000% now only.
About the way they generate i am not too sure as i am not in the management team of Emcom.

2.  Please go to http://emcom.net.tw to see all our partner list.  Basically Bluegine and Taiyee is helping us to build the wireless infrastructure and Accton, IBM is hardware partners of Emcom.  They provide some hardware and help us maintain our infrastructure.

3.  When you wish to participate in the investment, you will be required to sign an merchant agreement from Sunshine Alliance (Marketing Partner) for your gurantee ROI and partner agreement from Emcom for your 1200% ROI.  I would advise you to read throughly before signing, and make sure you understand what is stated.

4.  Emcom is a newly set up company, its experience comes from its technology partners eg Bluegine, Taiyee, IBM and Accton.  Emcom has office in singapore, malaysia and taiwan.  The start up capital in singapore is 2mil SGD and taiwan is 30mil NT not sure about malaysia.
The gurantee return is gurantee by Sunshine Alliance which has a group of marketing company thats most than 10 years and with sales revenue track record too.  Sorry i dun have the records, but i do have the ISP approval letter from taiwan, RCB of Emcom in taiwan and singapore.

Anyway this is a private project which has no aids from govt, and the official launch will be in Jan 07.  By the time there will be press conference too.

let me explain some of the above correction in my understanding since i'm new member. and oh boy, aren't they spreading fast?

1. emcom (empire communications technology) in taiwan is the mother firm who has proved previously that wireless boardband is possible. u can see the below movie:

2. in order for the to hookup the whole city, they need investors for their project that is why sunshine empire is introduced under MLM scheme.

3. is MLM legal? yes n no unless they are registered and approved. and yes, all empire affiliate under EMPIRE GROUP ALLIANCE is approved. i have all their B&W license copies from Singapore and Taiwan.

4. 1200% payout? make it this way, there is 2 part of passive income.
part 1, if u buy a SILVER PARTNER, u will be entitle for 150% or GOLD PARTNER 200% as ur customer rebate (amount insured by sunshine empire before n during construction). meaning u will be getting rebate 10th of every months in 10-12.5% till they insured amount reached. eg. GoldPartner will be getting back their rewards 12.5% every 10th of the month for 16 months, that's 200%. END.
part 2, once their construction completed n business running, we will also be elligible for loyalty rewards at up to 1000%. now u may ask how is this possible. let me tell u, 50% of subscription fee to their WIFI+WIMAX SERIVES will be spread among members till our promised 1000% ROI is fully paid. that's when our contract to sunshine empire will be officially end. since 1000% is a large amount, therefore no timeframe is given for the 1000% loyalty rewards. say, 50% PA for 20 yrs. this is considered bonus, why not right?

5. there is also a active income under the MLM scheme of sunshine empire that is when u recruiting. this is optional. u dun have to recruit to earn which is the best part. like me, sleeping investor

6. do they have office in asia region? yes, taiwan, singapore, KL, indonesia... maybe more... hong kong, etc... i dun really bother that much as long they got 1 in malaysia u can always visit the office in KLCC and ask them to show u the license of operating.

7. if this plan so good, why dun they get loan from bank?
the answer is, if they ask loan from bank, they will owe money to bank, but if they selling the shares, they dun need to get a loan, lagi it get them famous throughout asia with all their investors helping it to expland as a team.

8. how do they pay us or withdraw?
you can choose to pay to our local saving a/c, it only takes 7 working day.

9. will this MLM part last forever?
in term of promoting, no, because each project only require specific amount of fund, therefore once the shares sold out meaning the required fund for the project is targetted and MLM part will be end. so dun wait till it is fully sold out.

10. am i skeptical abt this?
well, everyone has a bit of doubt abt this especially those who previously involved in online ponzi scam where money is cycling in n out. those programs are not license nor does it proof how they earn or run. those program may earn only if u r early bird. but with sunshine empire, ur investment is secured in legal way! bare in mind that this is offline scheme in real project with proof. not like eg. swisscash where BNM are watching them with no proof of running business and consistently changing address.

11. is there anything better than this?
if u ask me this, i'll answer u the same thing. aren't the proof satisfies ur desire?

I'm sure u all know what u all doing, getting ur frens into the "so-called" investment to help them earn the "so-called" money. All your motive is very clear. EARN YOUR FRENS MONEY !!!

My Q's to all singaporean or whoever reading this msg, just ask yourselves below these few Q's and then think carefully whether is this investment a scam :

1) Does any investment companies (Aberdeen, fidelity ,DBS investment, UOB investment OCBC investment... etc....) ever pay a return of more than 100% in such a short period of time?? i think the most is about 5-20%!!!

2) If this company with such a high pay out, think carefully. 10 yrs down the road, the banks and the investment companies in the whole world will close down. Cos who will wanna investment with the bank. That mean DBS, OCBC, UOB, OUB and American Express, Swiss bank will all close down because of this company, since they can pay 10x or 100x more than them. But will this be true?? think carefully!!

3) Does anyone know who is Singtel recently business partner?? Is it anyone of you? NO !!! All companies look for real rich investor who throw in millions and millions to invest with them. Will a 'well-establish' company like this choose someone like us who only have a few thousands in the bank to invest with them??

4) Does anyone know what is the meaning of Guarantee? Does anyone of ur insurance agents, investment brokers tell u that u can guarantee get back 100% of your money if u invest with them?? NO!! but how come this business can promise that?? think again!!

5) Last but not least, who do u think U yourselves are? Li Ka Shing?? Bill Gates?? Warren Buffett?? Why ppls dun choose them to invest in the company but U? B'cos of the word "GREED"!! They catches all ppls greed and lead them to the trap of wealthness, but all these wealthness will utimately goes to the boss of the business. For all ppls out there who already with such little saving, always hope to get rich but not willing to try something legal like the real MLM or do part-time will mostly fall into such a scam. Those ppls in that "so-called"  investment company r all well train to come out to "lead" U to the "brighter" side of the road. Will you wanna be one of those stupid idiot who ganna con by them?? think for urself !!!

I rather spent my money on food, clothes or even open a store to do some small business than to invest my money with someone who is up to something bad.
Anyway, i join Nuskin before. i went to many other MLM company like Amway, Synergy, Vemma, and a lot more.... and i'm a MLM distributor now. I Hope those ppls out there who have not invest money in those scam company. My advice is that, i rather u spent the money on the real MLM companies and u get lof of products and at the same time u can learn a lot of stuffs like health, motivation sales and management and built a network there which oso help in the future.

Use your hard earn money wisefully and carefully!! Remember!! Why ppls choose u in such a good investment? Do u fix into that X-factor (very rich ppl) ?? If not, dun invest in it!!
